Taajraasi delivers to customers worldwide. We aim to ship within 1 working day of your order being placed.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES
The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees and please be aware that sometimes customs may delay delivery. Please note Taajraasi can not take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance. Unfortunately this is beyond our control. Orders do not include possible taxes and duties which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. Import Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer. If you fail to comply with customs and consequently the parcel is returned to Taajraasi you will be liable for the additional fee’s charged for return and re-delivery.
For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If the Turban isn't quite right for you, we are more than happy to offer an exchange/return. On the condition that the product is returned in the original condition they are unworn and without odour or perfume and aren’t damaged or marked in any way. Please note as our collections are limited, product availability will also be limited. Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet these conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address on the original order. We will not allow exchange more than once.
Before shipping an item back to us, please request a return authorisation request from our returns department within 14 days of receiving your order. You can do this by emailing email@example.com your order number and your reason for exchange/return so we can process your exchange/return as quickly as possible.
*Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return/exchange back to us if there are no faults with your item. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
*Disclaimer: we request all orders be checked thoroughly within 24hrs of receiving goods. We will not be liable for any damages reported beyond this point.
*Excludes one-off/custom orders placed via email, Instagram, Sale or 'Last Chance to Buy' items.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (This can take up to 3 days once the item has been received back) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your refund has been processed.
Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society and can in some cases take 7-10 working days to reach your account.
